Catalina Kid Ventures (CKV) is an early childhood center on Santa Catalina Island. You can find us in the city of Avalon, near City Hall. We offer Toddler, Preschool and Pre-K programs.

Our mission is to foster creativity, curiosity and a love for learning in every child.
The goals and objectives of CKV are to issue care in a safe, creative environment that will stimulate the child, specifically enhancing learning in the areas of social and emotional, cognitive, language and physical development. We aim to achieve these goals by providing developmentally appropriate activities while meeting the individual needs of each child and by building respectful relationships the children can depend on.

Our curriculum is designed to give your child a solid foundation in the fundamentals of learning while also encouraging creativity and curiosity. We cover subjects like math, science, and language arts, as well as offering opportunities for art and music exploration.
